At Rize of Hope, operated by South Prime Enterprises Inc, your satisfaction matters to us. Because our products are consumable goods, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. However, if your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will make it right with a full refund to your original payment method. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
2. No Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- The product did not meet your personal expectations
- You ordered the wrong item, quantity, or variant
- Delayed delivery due to carrier or customs issues

3. Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Items
We will issue a full refund if your order meets either of the following conditions:
- Damaged product: Your item arrives physically damaged, broken, or otherwise compromised due to shipping or a manufacturing defect.
- Wrong item received: You received a product that is materially different from what you ordered (wrong product, wrong variant, or missing item).
How to Request a Refund
To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Requests submitted after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

- Include clear photographic evidence of the damage or the incorrect item received. Photos must clearly show the product, the packaging, and the issue. Requests submitted without photographic evidence will not be processed.
- Include your order number and the email address used to place the order.
We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Refund Details
- Refund method: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout (e.g., credit card, debit card). We do not issue refunds via cash, check, or store credit.
- Refund amount: Refunds cover the cost of the damaged or incorrect item(s) only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Partial refunds: If only part of your order is damaged or incorrect, only the affected item(s) will be refunded.
5. Sale and Discounted Items
All sale and discounted items are final sale. Items purchased at a reduced price, during a promotional event, or with a discount code are not eligible for refunds, even in the case of damage. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us if there is an issue.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- The 30-day reporting window has passed since the delivery date
- No photographic evidence of damage or incorrect item is provided
- The product has been used, consumed, or tampered with
- Damage caused by improper storage or handling after delivery
- Delivery delays or issues caused by the carrier, customs, or circumstances outside our control
- The item was purchased as a final sale or discounted item
- The refund request does not include a valid order number

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being flagged and future orders being declined.
